Simply go to Pages > Add New. Title your page, then set the Page Template under "Page Attributes" in the right sidebar, below your publishing options. Click Publish. Any FAQs you've created will now appear on this page.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to FAQs > Add New. Fill your question in to the title, and the answer into the body field for the page. Then click Publish. Its as easy as that. The FAQ will now appear on your FAQs page, which you've created under Pages.
